Pre-Ballet: The Piantaggini Method (Published!)

No, not that Piantaggini, who published 35 Latin novellas (i.e., me), but my cousin, Amy, also very much interested in curriculum design.

I’m featuring her work here on my blog since anyone who can actually spell our last name and Google searches might come up with my stuff, wondering why there’s a bunch of Latin when they’re looking for dance.

“Pre-Ballet: The Piantaggini Method is for teaching artists who educate young children. It includes syllabi and suggested playlists for the following classes:

– Dance for Ones with Grown-Up
– Dance for Twos and Threes with Grown-Up
– Dance for 3s & 4s Independent
– Pre-Ballet for Pre-K
– Pre-Ballet for Kindergarteners”

While I hardly claim have any knowledge of ballet besides the feet positions, and hold two singular volunteer performances of Nutcracker party-adult-goer and Romeo & Juliet suitor under my belt, Amy is quite an accomplished dancer and educator who knows her stuff.

Her book is available on Amazon. Share it with anyone teaching dance to little ones, or who might be interested in doing so:
